Our NOC centre monitors Míla's telecommunications systems throughout the country, along with the connections that connect Iceland with Europe and North America. The NOC centre operates around the clock, every day, all year round.
Míla has long experience in monitoring telecommunications networks. Míla's Network Operations Centre (NOC) main function is to monitor and track the telecommunication and data network of Míla and the submarine cables as well as other customer's networks.
The support of Míla's service is managed and coordinated 24 hours a day 365 days a year using trained personnel. Network management facilities are designed to ensure the efficient operations of Míla's network and continuity of the service.
